Employee Fired for Arriving Too Early

A young worker in Spain was fired for arriving at work too early.

Her job said she should start at 7:30 AM, but she kept coming in between 6:45 and 7:00 AM.

This happened 19 times, even after she was told to stop.

The company said she was disrupting the team and not following rules.

A court agreed and said she could be fired because she didn't follow instructions.

People on social media are surprised because usually, being early is a good thing.

In India, early arrival is often encouraged, and being late can lead to warnings or even firing.
