UK to Create 'British FBI' for Complex Crimes
The UK is creating a new national police force called the National Police Service, or the 'British FBI'.
This new group will handle serious crimes like fraud, online child abuse, and terrorism.
It will bring together different agencies that currently work separately.
The goal is to help local police focus more on everyday crimes in their communities.
The new force will be led by a National Police Commissioner, who will be the top police officer in the country.
The government says this is the biggest change to policing in 200 years.
They also want to have more control over police chiefs after a recent controversy.
The full plans will be presented to Parliament on Monday.
