Amaravati Farmers Receive Returnable Plots
Farmers in Andhra Pradesh who gave up their land for the new capital city Amaravati got plots of land back.
The government used a fair computer system to give out 76 plots to 33 farmers.
These plots are in different villages, and some are for living and some are for businesses.
The farmers need to finish some paperwork to officially get their new land.
Officials were there to help make sure everything was fair and clear.
APCRDA allotted 76 returnable plots to 33 farmers through an online e-lottery.
The plots include 46 residential and 30 commercial plots.
Farmers from six villages benefited from the allotment.
The allotment was done in the presence of beneficiary farmers to ensure transparency.
Farmers were advised to complete the registration process at the earliest.
