HC Directs Police to File Counter in Custodial Death Case
A mother named Vijayalakshmi lost her son, Gade Sai Krishna, while he was in police custody.
She asked the court to help find out what happened to him.

The SIT has arrested another police constable in the case, and a bench headed by Chief Justice Lisa Gill adjourned a PIL seeking transfer of the case to the CBI.
