Tiger Sightings in Buxa and Yadadri-Bhongir

Two exciting tiger sightings have been reported in different parts of India.

In Buxa Tiger Reserve, a male tiger was photographed on January 15, 2024, the first sighting since December 2023.

Officials think this tiger might have come from Bhutan and is looking for a mate.

The forest department is working to make the reserve a better home for tigers by moving villages and adding more deer.

Meanwhile, in Yadadri-Bhongir district, a young male tiger has been moving around and killed two calves.

This is the first time a tiger has been seen in this district.

The tiger is likely searching for territory and a mate.

Forest officials are alerting villages and taking precautions to ensure safety.

Both tigers are keeping the forest department busy as they monitor their movements.
