India Demands Accountability After Embassy Defaced in Slovenia

Some unknown people drew or wrote on the outside of India's embassy building in Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia.

This is called defacing a building, and it is against the rules.

India's government said this is not acceptable and asked Slovenia to help find the people who did it.

Embassies are like small parts of one country located inside another country.

There is an international rule, called the Vienna Convention, that says embassy buildings must be protected and kept safe.

India said the people who did this should be held accountable.

India also asked police in other countries to watch out for hateful messages from groups like these.

Some reports say people who support a movement called Khalistan might have been involved.

India wants other countries to help make sure this kind of thing does not happen again.
