Father-son duo arrested after man paraded over phone theft

Someone's two phones went missing, and the owners thought their neighbour took them.

Instead of calling the police, the owners went looking for the neighbour themselves.

They found him in a faraway city and brought him back to their village.

Then they shaved his head and made him walk around the village for everyone to see.

Someone filmed what happened, and the video spread quickly on the internet.

When police in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh saw the video, they started an investigation.

They arrested the father and son who did the shaving and parading.

Police are still looking for a third person who helped shave the man's head.

Only one of the two missing phones has been found so far.

The two arrested people are now in trouble with the law for hurting and intimidating their neighbour.
