Welspun One Targets Year-End Completion for WTC Thane Project
Welspun One is building a large business and shopping project in Thane called WTC Thane.
The company says it wants to finish the project by the end of 2026.
More than ₹1,000 crore will be invested, including money spent by tenants on their own spaces.
The project will cover 1.2 million square feet.
It will have offices, shops, food and beverage outlets, and urban delivery centres.
More than 50 brands are expected to be part of the development.
