US Claims Indian Nationals Planned Murders Abroad

The US government says two Indian nationals, Nikhil Gupta and Vikash Yadav, planned to kill Gurpatwant Singh Pannun and others.

Gupta was arrested in Prague and extradited to the US.

The US government claims they have evidence, including messages, that show the plot.

The former Indian intelligence officer, Yadav, was fired from his job.

The US government says they also believe the pair were connected to the murder of a Khalistani terrorist in Canada.

India hasn't officially commented on the new claims but previously denied involvement in the Canadian murder and has an investigation underway.
