Apple’s New Mac mini and Mac Studio Desktops Arrive in India
Apple has launched two new desktop computers in India: the Mac mini and Mac Studio.
The Mac mini is the smaller and less expensive computer.
It is designed for everyday work, school, creative projects and some AI tasks.
The Mac Studio costs more and is made for demanding professional work.
This includes editing 8K video, creating visual effects, designing in 3D and researching AI.
Apple says the new chips make the computers faster than earlier models.
The computers also include features that help Siri and other tools work with information on the device.
The Mac mini starts at ₹99,900, while the Mac Studio starts at ₹2,79,900.
The new Mac mini and Mac Studio are now available in India from ₹99,900 and ₹2,79,900, respectively.
The Mac mini comes with M6 or M5 Pro chips, while the Mac Studio offers M5 Max and M5 Ultra configurations.
Apple says the M6 Mac mini delivers up to 40% faster CPU performance, twice the graphics and storage performance, and up to four times faster AI performance than its predecessor.
The M5 Ultra Mac Studio supports up to 512GB of unified memory, eight displays and Thunderbolt 5 transfer speeds of up to 120GB/s.
Both desktops are positioned for users ranging from students and everyday customers to creators, developers, businesses and AI researchers.
