Dipke Seeks Bhuse Resignation Over Maharashtra School Conditions

Abhijeet Dipke visited government schools in Latur, Maharashtra.

He said some schools lack classrooms, benches, clean toilets and drinking water.

He also described leaking roofs, garbage and scrap near school buildings.

Dipke said these conditions could make schools unsafe, including because snakes may be present.

He said some children walk several kilometres to attend school and asked for safe buses.

He wants Education Minister Dada Bhuse to resign because he believes the government has not fixed the problems.

Dipke also asked ministers to send their own children to government schools.

He criticized the investigation into a Latur NEET paper-leak case, saying senior people may not be facing enough scrutiny.
