Manesar's MCM Chief Sets 15-Day Deadline for Waste Clearance
The MCM commissioner in Manesar wants to clean up a big garbage pile.
They've given officials 15 days to remove the trash from a specific dumping site.
There's a lot of waste there, about 4,000 tons!
The commissioner wants to know how the waste is being handled, like what happens to the fuel, compost, and other materials.
They also need to provide information on waste intake and processing.
The plan is to split the site, so fresh garbage can be dumped on one side while old garbage gets cleared away.
MCM commissioner Ayush Sinha set a 15-day deadline to clear waste from the IMT Sector 6 dumping site in Manesar.
Approximately 4,000 metric tonnes of unprocessed waste is present at the Sector 6 site.
The commissioner requested information on waste processing operations and the disposal of refuse-derived fuel, compost, and inert materials.
Sinha also sought documentation and data on waste intake and processing.
The Sector 6 site will be divided to allow fresh waste dumping while clearing legacy waste within 15 days.
