Protesters Heckle Homeland Secretary Noem at Hearing

On December 11, 2025, US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was testifying before the House Committee on Homeland Security.

Before the hearing started, some protesters interrupted her and sang the 'Star Wars' theme song.

No one knows why they did this.

Noem was there to talk about threats to the country, like cybersecurity and border security.

This was her first time testifying before Congress since May.

Meanwhile, a Democratic representative, Delia Ramirez, is asking for an investigation into Noem's actions, saying she might have lied to Congress.
