JK Tyre Completes Cavendish Industries Merger
JK Tyre, a big tire company, has finished merging with Cavendish Industries, a company it bought in 2016.
Cavendish makes tires for trucks, buses, and small vehicles.
After JK Tyre took over, it helped Cavendish work better and make more tires.
Now, the two companies are officially one, which means they can work together more efficiently, make more types of tires, and sell them in more places.
This is the third big turnaround JK Tyre has done, after fixing up two other companies in the past.
The merger is expected to make both companies stronger and more successful.
JK Tyre completed the merger of Cavendish Industries, acquired in 2016, on December 23, 2025.
Cavendish's Laksar plant saw expanded production capacity and 95% utilization post-acquisition.
The merger aims to achieve operational synergies, economies of scale, and a diversified product portfolio.
This is JK Tyre's third major turnaround, following Vikrant Tyres and JK Tornel Mexico.
The merger is part of JK Tyre's strategy of sustainable growth through organic and inorganic initiatives.
