Headmaster, Teachers Arrested in Shalarth ID Scam
Three people, a headmaster and two teachers, were arrested for doing something bad.
They used fake papers to get jobs at a school and then got paid by the government even though they shouldn't have.
The police are investigating this because it's not fair to others who follow the rules.
This is part of a bigger problem where many people have been caught doing similar things.
The school is in a place called Thanegaon, and the police are trying to find out more about what happened.
A headmaster and two teachers were arrested for forging documents to obtain jobs and drawing government salaries illegally.
The accused are Bhaurao Malche (56), Dineshkumar Katre (44), and Rupali Biharilal Rahangdale (40).
They were employed at a high school-cum-junior college in Thanegaon village, Tiroda tehsil, Gondia district.
The arrests bring the total number of accused in the scam to 17, including a Deputy Director of Education.
Two separate cases related to cheating and forgery were registered by the Sadar Police, Nagpur, in April 2025.
