Washington DC Imposes Juvenile Curfew After Halloween Disorderly Conduct
Kids under 18 in Washington D.C. have a nighttime curfew.
Starting now until November 5, they can't be out between 11 PM and 6 AM.
This is because some young people have been misbehaving lately, especially on Halloween.
They were seen fighting, blocking roads, and causing trouble.
The mayor is also setting up special areas where the curfew might start even earlier, at 6 PM, because those places have had more problems.
