Warner Bros. Discovery Announces New Leadership Structure

Imagine a big company called Warner Bros.

Discovery is splitting into two new companies.

One will be called Warner Bros., which will have movies, TV shows, and streaming services like HBO Max.

The other is called Discovery Global, with channels like CNN, Discovery, and a sports channel.

The boss of the whole company will now be the boss of Warner Bros.

The second boss of Discovery Global will be Gunnar Wiedenfels.

Lots of current executives will keep their jobs but with some new titles.

They are also looking for some new people to fill in important roles.

It's like dividing a giant toy chest to have more toys for more children.
