PM Modi to Inaugurate Aviation and Space Facilities
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open two important places in Hyderabad.
The first is a big factory for fixing airplane engines on November 26.
This factory, made by a company called Safran, is the first of its kind in India.
It will help India fix airplane engines without needing help from other countries.
The factory is very big and will give jobs to many skilled workers.
The second place is a campus for a space company called Skyroot on November 27.
Here, they will show their first rocket that can send satellites into space.
This is a big deal because Skyroot is the first Indian private company to do this.
Both places show how India is getting better at making things like airplanes and rockets.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate the Safran Aircraft Engine Services India (SAESI) facility in Hyderabad on November 26 at 10 AM.
The SAESI facility is the first global engine OEM MRO operation in India, marking a significant milestone in the country's aviation sector.
Spread across 45,000 sqm, the SAESI facility was developed with an initial investment of Rs 1,300 crore and can service up to 300 LEAP engines annually.
The SAESI facility aims to create high-value employment, with over 1,000 skilled technicians and engineers to be employed by 2035.
On November 27, PM Modi will also virtually inaugurate Skyroot Aerospace’s state-of-the-art Infinity Campus and unveil Skyroot’s first orbital rocket, Vikram-I, capable of launching satellites into orbit.
