Priya Kapur Claims Rs 96 Lakh Spent on Karisma Kapoor's Children
Priya Kapur, the widow of late businessman Sunjay Kapur, has claimed in court that she has spent Rs 96 lakh on the children of Sunjay's previous marriage to actor Karisma Kapoor.
This includes expenses for their school fees, private tuitions, luxury travel, and more.
The main issue is over Sunjay's Will, which Priya says leaves everything to her, but the children and Sunjay's mother are challenging this.
They say it's unfair that they are being left out.
The court is trying to decide if the Will is valid and how to divide Sunjay's huge fortune of Rs 30,000 crore.
Priya Kapur claims she has spent Rs 96 lakh on Karisma Kapoor's children since Sunjay Kapur's death.
The expenses include school fees, private tuitions, luxury travel, and club memberships.
Priya argues that Sunjay Kapur's Will, dated March 21, 2025, names her as the sole beneficiary.
Karisma Kapoor's children and Sunjay's mother are challenging the Will, claiming they have been left out unfairly.
The Delhi High Court is hearing the case to decide the validity of the Will and the distribution of Sunjay Kapur's Rs 30,000 crore estate.
