SBI Funds Management Eyes $1.2 Billion IPO in 2026

SBI Funds Management Eyes $1.2 Billion IPO in 2026

SBI Funds Management, a large investment company in India, is thinking about selling some of its shares to the public for the first time.

This is called an IPO, and it could happen in the first half of 2026.

They hope to raise about $1.2 billion from this sale.

If this happens, the whole company could be worth around $12 billion.

The company is owned by two other big companies: the State Bank of India and a French company called Amundi.

Together, they plan to sell about 10% of their ownership in SBI Funds Management.

This news comes as India has been a very active place for companies to go public recently.

Banks will be asked soon to help organize this IPO.
