Imran Khan's sons fear for his health as PTI protests mark three years in jail
Imran Khan used to be the prime minister of Pakistan, a country in Asia.
He has been in jail since August 5, 2023.
His sons live in London and are very worried about him because they say they have not been allowed to see him for about seven months.
They also say they cannot get any news about his health.
Many people who support Imran Khan held big protests in Pakistan because they want him to be treated fairly and set free.
A group called Amnesty International, which helps protect people's rights, also said Khan should be allowed to see his family and lawyers.
The government of Pakistan says Imran Khan is fine and is getting medical care.
The government also says his family can still talk to him on the phone.
The supporters say if things do not change, they will march to Islamabad, the capital city, on September 27.
