TET for Special Educators Planned After Supreme Court Directive
The government is planning to hire special education teachers who help kids with special needs.
They will give a test, called TET, to pick the best teachers.
This is because the Supreme Court said that schools need to have these special teachers.
There will be over 2,000 jobs available, and the test will be used to decide who gets them.
If you already passed the TET, you can apply.
The plan is to make sure students with special needs get the support they need in school.
The state primary education board will conduct a TET for special educator positions.
2,308 posts are available for special educators in Classes I-V.
The Supreme Court ordered the states to notify and fill the posts.
TET score is 80 marks, with 10 each for teaching demonstration and interview.
Special BEd or DElEd degrees are mandatory to become a special educator.
