Court Allows MP Engineer Rashid Custody Attendance
A court in Delhi has allowed a member of Parliament named Engineer Rashid to go to the Parliament session while he is in jail.
He is from Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir.
The court said he can go to the session, which starts on December 1, but he must follow some rules.
He is in jail because of a case about terrorism.
His lawyers asked the court to let him go to the Parliament session, and the court agreed.
The cost of his travel is still being decided by a higher court.
Special NIA Court at Patiala House allowed MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh to attend Parliament's winter session while in custody.

Rashid is currently in custody for a terror case lodged by the NIA.
