Reliance to Relaunch Brew House in Iced Tea Market
Reliance is bringing back a brand called Brew House to sell iced tea in bottles.
They bought this brand last year and plan to sell it in two flavors: lemon and peach.
Each bottle will be 200ml and cost ₹20.
The company wants to sell more kinds of drinks and become a big player in the market.
They think people will like this iced tea because it's healthier than soda.
Reliance has a lot of stores, so they can sell this new drink to many people.
Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) plans to relaunch Brew House iced tea within the next two months.
The iced teas will be available in lemon and peach flavors, priced at ₹20 for a 200ml bottle.
RCPL acquired the Brew House brand in 2024 and initially planned a ₹10 price point, but adjusted due to a 40% GST rate.
RCPL is also evaluating other niche-category drinks like kombucha and ayurvedic beverages as part of its FMCG ambitions.
Brew House was originally launched in 2017 as a premium iced tea brand with lower sugar content and no preservatives.
