White House Accuses Fauci of Pushing Preferred Narrative
The White House released a report saying that Dr. Anthony Fauci and some scientists pushed the idea that COVID‑19 came from nature, not a lab.
It says the virus probably leaked from a lab in Wuhan.
The report also says a group called EcoHealth Alliance and the NIH helped risky research.
It criticizes the World Health Organization and says mask rules and lockdowns were wrong.
Fauci was asked to testify in a Senate hearing but said he would not answer questions because of the law.
He denies any wrongdoing.
White House accuses Fauci of pushing a natural origin narrative.
Report claims a lab leak at Wuhan Institute of Virology is most likely origin.
Accuses EcoHealth Alliance and NIH of facilitating dangerous gain‑of‑function research.
Criticizes WHO, mask mandates, lockdowns, and public health messaging.
Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment in a Senate hearing and denies wrongdoing.
