Apollo Hospitals, Isha Foundation Team Up to Fight Tobacco Addiction
Apollo Cancer Centres and the Isha Foundation are working together to help people quit using tobacco.
They are launching a six-week program that includes a free meditation app called 'Miracle of Mind', designed by Sadhguru.
This meditation, which takes only seven minutes, aims to improve emotional well-being and reduce stress, which are key factors in overcoming addiction.
The initiative also includes a screening program by Apollo Cancer Centres to detect oral cancer early, especially in people who use tobacco.
