Hindalco Ends AluChem Acquisition Over Extended Closing Delays
Hindalco planned to buy a company called AluChem.
The two companies have now agreed not to complete the purchase.
They said the deal was delayed for too long.

AluChem will continue operating independently and serving customers after the deal’s termination.
