Delhi Cabinet Clears DURGA Scheme for 1,300 E-Autos
Delhi approved a new program called DURGA.
It will provide 1,300 pink electric autos in its first phase.
Women will receive 1,170 autos.
Transgender people will receive 130 autos.
The people receiving them can become both owners and drivers.
