NCCF Targets 24% Turnover Growth on Expanded Farm Procurement

NCCF Targets 24% Turnover Growth on Expanded Farm Procurement

The National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation wants to grow its business next year.

It expects to make about Rs 17,200 crore in FY27.

Much of its work involves buying crops such as pulses, oilseeds, onions, wheat and paddy from farmers.

The government may increase this crop-buying work under its Price Support Scheme.

NCCF bought more than 2 million tonnes of farm goods from 5.5 million farmers in FY26.

It also buys maize for factories that make ethanol.

The federation wants more money to come from selling farm products privately and through retail stores.

It plans to increase its own outlets from 34 to as many as 45.

NCCF also sells consumer goods under the brand name Janah.
