Amagi Media Labs IPO Lists at Discount
Amagi Media Labs, a company that helps with TV and streaming content, started selling its shares on the stock market today.
However, the shares started at a lower price than expected, about 12% less than what they were sold for in the IPO.
This was a surprise because many people wanted to buy the shares, and the company had planned to use the money for improving technology and buying other companies.

The IPO included a fresh equity raise of ₹816 crore and an offer for sale of ₹972.62 crore by existing investors.
Proceeds will be used for technology and cloud infrastructure, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
The company is engaged in cloud-based broadcast and connected TV technology, providing solutions for content creation, distribution, and monetization.
