Controversial Flyover Built for Jauhar University
A very expensive flyover was built in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, mainly to connect to Jauhar University.
The flyover cost Rs 150 crore and is 5 kilometres long.
Many people in the area say it was built to help Azam Khan and the university, not the public.
They also say the government took their land for very little money and forced them to sell it.
The flyover does not go over any rivers or big roads and is mostly empty.
People think if a regular road was built instead, it would have helped the area more.
Now, the Rampur Development Authority says 38 buildings at Jauhar University are illegal, and people are talking about these old problems again.
