Six Companies File IPO Papers With SEBI Amid Market Rush

Six companies have submitted documents to SEBI to prepare for possible stock-market listings.

These documents are called draft red herring prospectuses, or DRHPs.

The companies work in areas such as real estate advice, foam recycling, road safety products, jewellery, steel and infrastructure.

Each company has proposed raising money through new shares, shares sold by existing owners, or both.

BS Sponge has proposed the largest issue, worth up to Rs 1,000 crore.

The companies would use the money for things like factories, working capital, equipment and repaying loans.

Their reported FY26 revenues and profits differed because the businesses are different sizes.

Filing a DRHP does not itself mean that an IPO has been completed.
