Bengal Health Department to Conduct Fresh R.G. Kar Probe
Something very sad and terrible happened at a big hospital in Kolkata, India.
A young woman doctor was hurt very badly and died in the hospital in August 2024.
The police and a special detective team called the CBI have been looking into what happened.
Now, the health department of the state of West Bengal says it will also do its own investigation.
The health minister said the department will share whatever they find with the CBI.
They want to talk to people who were near the room where the crime happened before and after that night.
They will also talk to the doctors who taught the young woman to learn more about her.
