Madhavan warns son Vedaant against 'reflected glory' of celebrity

A famous actor named R Madhavan talked about how he raises his son, Vedaant.

Vedaant is 20 years old and swims for India in big competitions.

He is a freestyle swimmer, but his dad says other swimmers are even better.

Madhavan told his son not to get too used to being popular.

He calls the extra attention 'reflected glory' because people notice Vedaant partly because of his famous dad.

Madhavan says he has treated his son like a grown-up since he was five years old.

Vedaant goes to bed at 8 o'clock at night and wakes up at 4 in the morning to train.
