Grasim Targets ₹2 Lakh Crore Revenue As Growth Platforms Scale

Grasim Industries is a large company with businesses in areas such as cement, paints, finance, online commerce and renewable energy.

Its chairman, Kumar Mangalam Birla, expects the company to generate ₹2 lakh crore in revenue in FY27.

That would be nearly twice its revenue from five years earlier.

Grasim reported its highest-ever consolidated revenue of ₹1.75 lakh crore in FY26.

UltraTech Cement, one of its businesses, now has more than 200 million tonnes of yearly grey cement capacity.

Birla Opus doubled its revenue and gained a 10% share of India’s decorative paints revenue market on a standalone basis.

Birla Pivot, an online business marketplace, reached its ₹8,500 crore revenue goal earlier than planned.

Aditya Birla Renewables has grown from a 2 GW platform to visibility of around 10 GW and aims to expand beyond 20 GW.

Grasim says technology, careful investment and stronger operations will help support its future growth.
