Study: 1-3 Cups of Black Coffee Daily May Lengthen Life
Drinking black coffee every day might help you live longer!
A recent study says if you drink 1-3 cups a day without adding sugar or cream, it could lower your chances of dying from anything, especially heart problems.
Drinking coffee with a lot of sugar and fat didn't show the same results.
One cup a day is linked to lower risk, and two or three cups may give you even more benefits.
But too much coffee, like more than three cups, might not help, so stick to a moderate amount!
Remember, the type of coffee and how you drink it matters!
A study suggests 1-3 cups of black coffee daily may lower the risk of all-cause mortality, especially from cardiovascular causes.
The benefits were associated with black coffee and coffee with low sugar/fat additions.
Drinking one cup daily was associated with a 16% lower risk of death, and 2-3 cups with a 17% lower risk.
Consumption beyond three cups daily showed no added benefits and may weaken the link to reduced mortality.
Experts stress that results depend on variables like coffee type, amount, and consumption habits.
