VIIT Concludes National-Level Vignan’s Grand Prix 2026 Championship

VIIT held a four-day go-karting competition called Vignan’s Grand Prix 2026.

It took place at the institute’s campus in Duvvada from September 30 to October 3.

Nine teams from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha took part.

The teams had their karts checked and competed in tests and races.

They showed how well their karts could accelerate, turn, brake and keep going.

Markendaya from SRKR Engineering College won the competition.

Vega from ANITS came second.

Guests praised the event and encouraged students to gain practical engineering experience.

The organisers congratulated the teams and everyone who helped run the championship.
