Kakinada Launches AP IT InfraConnect Portal to Attract IT Investments
The state government of Andhra Pradesh has started a new website called the AP IT InfraConnect Portal.
It shows all the office buildings, commercial spaces, and empty land that are ready for IT companies in Kakinada.
Property owners can put their buildings on the site for free, and the site even shows where they are on a map.
IT companies can look at the portal, pick a place that fits their needs, and decide to invest there.
The goal is to bring more technology jobs to Kakinada and help the city grow.
AP IT InfraConnect Portal launched by Andhra Pradesh government to showcase IT and GCC infrastructure in Kakinada.
Portal aggregates private office buildings, commercial complexes, vacant plots and land parcels on a single digital platform.
Property owners can register their spaces free of cost, with geo‑tagging for accurate location mapping.
Investors can search and shortlist sites online, facilitating domestic and international IT and GCC firm investment.
The initiative aims to make Kakinada a Tier‑II investment‑ready city, boosting employment and district growth.
