Felipe Massa's 2008 F1 Title Challenge to Proceed
Former Formula One driver Felipe Massa is suing Formula 1, its governing body the FIA, and Bernie Ecclestone.
Massa says he should have won the 2008 F1 title because another driver, Nelson Piquet Jr., crashed on purpose to help his teammate.
The defendants wanted the case thrown out, but a judge said it can go to trial.
Massa thinks someone broke the rules and he wants to prove it.
