Court Seeks Police Reply in Khemu Cheating Case

The producer claims the accused demanded extra funds and dictated terms, leading to significant business losses and ultimately refusing to work on the script.
The complaint was filed in January 2024 at Amboli police station, but no action has been taken so far.
The producer had previously approached the court in 2014, but the case was dismissed in 2017, and he claims a 'fresh cause of action' arose after failed settlement attempts.
