National Guard Troops Withdraw from Chicago and Portland After Legal Challenges
Soldiers called the National Guard were sent to help with border issues in two cities, Chicago and Portland.
But, courts said this wasn't allowed because the President didn't have the power to do that.

Some soldiers who are already from those states will stay to help with other things, but the soldiers from far away are leaving.
