Shah Accuses Bengal Government of Abetting Infiltration
Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, said that the West Bengal government led by Mamata Banerjee is allowing people from Bangladesh to enter the state illegally.
He promised that if his party, the BJP, wins the next election in 2026, they will remove these infiltrators.
The BJP claims they will win with a big majority.

The Governor of West Bengal urged coordination between the Centre and the state to resolve border fencing issues, emphasizing that the BSF remains focused on its duties despite political tensions.
