Government Reforms Speeding Up Public Grievance Redressal
The government has made it quicker to get help with complaints.
People can now submit their problems online through a system called CPGRAMS.
To make things better, the government introduced changes in 2022, making it easier and faster to get help.
Because of these changes, it takes less time to solve problems now, from 28 days in 2019 to 16 days in 2025.
If someone isn't happy with the help they get, they can also ask for another review through an appeals process.
Millions of complaints have been resolved thanks to these improvements.
Government reforms have reduced public grievance redressal timelines.
The Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) allows citizens to raise grievances online.
