Adam Scott's Near-Quitting After Losing 'Six Feet Under' Role
Actor Adam Scott shared that he nearly quit acting after missing out on a major role in the TV show 'Six Feet Under.'
He and Michael C. Hall were both considered, but Hall got the part.
Scott explained that it was a tough experience because he really wanted the role, and the show became very popular.
He even felt like giving up on acting altogether.
Later, he was able to appear on the show in a smaller role, which he enjoyed, but he still remembered how much he wanted the main part.
Adam Scott revealed he almost quit acting after losing the role of David Fisher in 'Six Feet Under'.
Scott and Michael C. Hall were finalists for the role, which Hall ultimately won.
Scott described the experience as 'painful' due to the show's popularity and his close miss.
Amy Poehler, on her podcast, inquired about roles Scott almost got.
