Indore Zoo to Welcome Rare Animals and New Attractions
The Kamla Nehru Zoological Park in Indore is getting some exciting new animals and attractions.
They are planning to bring in a pair of one-horned rhinoceroses, which will make them the first zoo in Madhya Pradesh to have these animals.
They are also getting new exotic birds and a male hippopotamus named Satish from Kanpur.
Satish will travel a long way in a special vehicle to keep him cool.
In exchange, Indore Zoo will send one of its lions to Kanpur.
The zoo is also getting a new 14D theatre where visitors can watch immersive films about wildlife.
The zoo already has over 1,400 animals and birds and has recently celebrated the birth of several new cubs, including white tigers and a rare white blackbuck fawn.
These new additions are expected to attract more visitors, especially children and students who love animals.
