Gujarat High Court Grants Bail in Stock Fraud Case

The Gujarat High Court gave bail to Meet Raval, who is accused in a stock market fraud case.

Prosecutors say he helped his brother run a fake call centre.

The centre allegedly used an app called Market Plus to promise people stock tips and high returns.

Investigators say money from victims moved through several bank accounts.

The prosecution and defence gave different figures about how much money was linked to Raval.

Some other accused people had already received bail.

The court said the investigation was finished and no more evidence needed to be collected from Raval.

It also said he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The trial may take time because the charges are to be tried by a magistrate.
