New Bridge Solves Monsoon Woes for Boddavaram Farmers
Imagine a village where farmers couldn't get to their farms when it rained a lot because a river got too big.
This made it hard for them to take care of their crops.
Now, a special foundation built a new bridge over the river.
This bridge is like a safe path that lets the farmers reach their farms anytime, even when it's raining.
The farmers are very happy because they can now easily take care of their plants and harvests all year round.
The village is also known for not allowing alcohol, which is a unique choice made by the people living there.
A new bridge has been constructed across the Tandava River in Boddavaram village.
The bridge was built by the Sana Satish Babu Foundation at a cost of Rs. 7 lakh.
The new bridge will ensure farmers have continuous access to their farmlands, even during monsoons.
Previously, the swelling river cut off access to farms during the rainy season.
Boddavaram village is also recognized for being completely alcohol-free.
