Vidhu Vinod Chopra Discusses How Success Changes Bollywood Actors

Vidhu Vinod Chopra, a successful Bollywood producer, says that success often changes people, especially actors and directors.

He feels that some actors become arrogant when they are successful, as if their 'spine is connected to their bank balance' instead of their work.

He prefers working with newcomers because they are more genuine.

Chopra believes that the industry focuses too much on making money and not enough on creating quality content.
