Vijayendra Accuses Karnataka Government Of Delaying Welfare Pensions
B.Y. Vijayendra said some poor people in Karnataka were waiting for their government pensions.
He claimed that older people and people with disabilities had not received payments for several months.
He also said some farmers and other vulnerable people were not getting promised help.
Vijayendra alleged that the Ganga Kalyana scheme was not working properly for all eligible beneficiaries.
He said poor families without homes were also being overlooked.
He criticized the Congress government for focusing on publicity for its five guarantee schemes.
The government was accused of not releasing welfare money on time.
These claims were made during a BJP padayatra in Sindhanur.
