Commandant Swati Sharma Honored for Rajasthan Home Guards Service

Commandant Swati Sharma, who used to be an Army officer, has been working with the Rajasthan Home Guards for over ten years.

She recently received two big awards for her hard work.

One is from the state of Rajasthan, and the other is from the national government.

She got these awards because she has done a lot to help the Home Guards be better prepared for emergencies and disasters.

She has also helped make the Home Guards more organized and efficient.

For example, she helped create a new online system for deploying Home Guards volunteers, and she started training programs to teach important skills like using drones and managing supplies.

She has also worked on big operations, like helping with elections in several states and coordinating with other agencies during emergencies.

Her education, including a special degree from a university in London, has helped her do her job even better.
